THE APPROACH
Fourteen markets in the room.
No silo work with the CEO. We ran a three part workshop series, fully remote on Miro, with the market leads and the CEO. Round one collected input, with prep tasks sent ahead. Round two presented an interim result and had everyone challenge it, down to single words. Round three closed with a final version that needed only small iterations. Everyone uses it now because everyone was part of it.
Sharpen the words.
The old category language was abstract post-purchase jargon that buried the real strength. We rewrote the core: category and descriptor, hero statement, promise, primary and secondary value propositions, the full homepage copy. A real tone of voice with three writing rules and examples. And seven narrative layers for sales, from what is Sovendus to why trust them to European specifics, so every touchpoint can pick the right depth instead of saying everything at once.
Modern and Bold.
Medium budget, two and a half months, no room for a full new brand. So we kept what worked and updated the rest. The harsh dark blue and orange world became soft glacier gradients with a glowing orange, unusual for B2B tech and exactly why it stands out. The website moved to Framer so the team can change things themselves. And a small MVP art direction on top: AI generated 3D gradient shapes that carry the new look.

I will look at your brand the way I would on day one of a real project: your positioning, your messaging, your visual identity. What's working, what's holding you back, and what I'd fix first.
Here's how it works: we start with a short call so I understand your brand, audience and challenges. Then I take a maximum of 3 working days to go through everything. You get a written report plus a call where we go through it together and you can ask questions.
Then it's up to you: keep what you have, or let's build the next version together.
