THE APPROACH
Build the agency, not just the team.
Hiring was half the job: senior art directors, juniors, a copywriter, an own motion and 3D unit, creative ops. From one designer to thirteen people. The other half was making it run: briefing forms, task management, capacity planning, quality control. Input in, output out, without the CEO in the loop for every asset.
One desk for everything consumer facing.
Performance, brand, CRM and later the country teams all briefed the same studio. That kept one visual and verbal standard across everything customers saw, from a YouTube campaign to an in app pop up, while the company doubled and doubled again.
Manage like a leader, not a scheduler.
Thirteen people means real management: hiring, performance reviews, letting people go when it didn't work. Five to six direct reports, personal and professional responsibility, working closely with the CEO throughout.
THE Outcome
1 → 13

I will look at your brand the way I would on day one of a real project: your positioning, your messaging, your visual identity. What's working, what's holding you back, and what I'd fix first.
Here's how it works: we start with a short call so I understand your brand, audience and challenges. Then I take a maximum of 3 working days to go through everything. You get a written report plus a call where we go through it together and you can ask questions.
Then it's up to you: keep what you have, or let's build the next version together.
